Boston immigration attorney Jane C. Chiang graduated from George Washington University Law School, and the Elliott School of International Affairs. She is admitted to practice in the bars of Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, U.S. District Court (Massachusetts) and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Immigration attorney Chiang speaks Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and French. Jane is a recipient of the Boston Irish Immigration Center’s Appreciation Award for Outstanding Public Service (2007). As an immigration attorney, Jane is a frequent lecturer on student immigration issues in the Quincy area, including to international students at Quincy College.

An Irish native, Boston immigration attorney Christopher J. Lavery obtained his LLB from Portobello College of Dublin and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. He is a regular volunteer in the Massachusetts immigrant community, where he advises immigrants and intending immigrants of their immigration rights before the U.S. authorities. Boston immigration attorney Lavery serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Irish Pastoral Center. He is a recipient of the PAIR Project of Boston’s Detention Attorney Award (2006), the Boston Irish Immigration Center Volunteer Award (2006) and Appreciation Award for Outstanding Public Service (2007), and the Boston Charitable Irish Society’s Silver Key Award (2009). Immigration attorney Lavery co-authored the Dublin chapter of AILA’s “Visa Processing Guide and Consular Posts Handbook.”
